I co-founded Ample in 2008 where I invented the UX practice as the Chief Design Director as well as co-managed the business. We grew from five people to a team of 20+, partnering with clients like Kroger, Crossroads, Scripps, Great American Insurance, White Castle, TransUnion and Wings & Rings.

Barefoot was a traditional advertising agency before making a commitment to digital in 2005. I was hired as the first digital design director. Countless design accolades later, Barefoot was purchased by BBDO Proximity in 2008. Our clients included Miller Brewing, Febreze, Dawn, Mr Clean, Swiffer and Mickey’s.
